Main floor offers a living room with wood fireplace, games area, dining room and full kitchen. 270 degree wrap around balcony with views of the water. Large fenced area beside the house, safe for kids to play in. 15 minutes drive from Lachute and it's stores and restaurants. Oka beach is only 30 minutes away. The waterfront is an ecological reserve and is quite wild. Also, the water levels drop quite drastically in August and September so kayaking may not be possible.
