🌊 What If The Weather Is Bad? 🌊

Safety is our top priority, and we closely monitor weather conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. Wind is the primary factor that can necessitate the cancelation of a tour. We place complete trust in our experienced captains to make the final decision regarding cancelations due to weather conditions.

We also prioritize the comfort of our guests and will not conduct tours in pouring rain. 🌬 🌧 In the event that we must cancel a tour due to adverse weather conditions, we offer the following options to our guests:

● Rescheduling: We will work with you to find an alternative date or time slot that fits your schedule.

● Full Refund: If rescheduling is not convenient, we provide a full refund for the canceled tour.

🌊 🦀 Found this little cutie under a rock on the beach today!

This is a female green crab, and check out all those eggs 🥚 she's carrying! Did you know 💡 that green crabs are highly aggressive and efficient predators? They feed on a wide variety of organisms, including clams, mussels, oysters, and small crustaceans. Their predation can lead to significant declines in native species populations. These guys are invasive to our area.

😍 Head Harbour Lighthouse 🌊
(East Quoddy Head Lightstation)

Did you know that this lighthouse is the second-oldest lighthouse in the province of NB? To visit this beautiful landmark, you have to wait for low tide in order to cross by foot!🚶‍♀️‍➡️ This lighthouse was built in 1829 as a means of helping ships navigate the famous Bay of Fundy fog.

You will get to see this beautiful structure in real life from the water on our tours!

Cool fact 👉 Head Harbour Lighthouse is one of the most photographed lighthouses in the region! 📸

💡 Did you know that Basking Sharks 🦈 are the second-largest fish!? 🐟 These guys are filter-feeders, and they get their name from feeding at the surface, basking in the sun ☀️ The basking shark is a highly migratory species. They swim with their mouths wide open and filter plankton and small crustaceans out of the water with their long, tightly set gill rakers. These guys are completely harmless to humans!

Check out this awesome throwback to last year, when we got to see "Old Thom" up close and personal! 😍 We're so happy that Quoddy Link Marine snapped this excellent shot of us!

Old Thom is a single orca who travels to our area for a short visit every few years. He is recognized by the distinctive notch on his dorsal fin and is accompanied by a large amount of Atlantic white-sided dolphins! 🐬

This was such an incredible and memorable experience! 🐳
