OUR LATEST REVIEW

When we started this adventure we thought we might get guests for about 6 months of the year - May to October. How wrong we were. Since opening two years ago we have had guests every month but two. We have been so lucky to have such nice guests throughout. Our latest review after an early March, six night stay, indicates our guests enjoy their stays as much as we enjoy hosting them.

“Our only complaint is that we can't give Debbie and Neil and their beautiful carriage house 6 stars!! Debbie and Neil are the most wonderful and delightful hosts we've ever stayed with. They maintain a spotless, beautifully designed and decorated, well stocked carriage house with a million dollar view. We loved visiting with them and their friendly, funny pups. They have loads of local advice and clearly truly love hosting and getting to know their guests - while also being completely respectful of our space and privacy. We can't wait to go back!!”

“Giving a review of a place as wonderful as the Carriage House, means that everyone will want to visit and the place might be booked when we want to return!!! Neil and Debbie are wonderful hosts, the place is immaculate and everything is done to the highest standard. We couldn't think of one thing that they had forgotten. Everything you need is there, including Epsom salts for the soaking tub! The view of sunsets and lobster boats is amazing, beach combing is peaceful and relaxing. Even though we were there late November, we were still able to support some local businesses by buying honey, smoked salmon and fish.
All in all, we had a fantastic time and will definitely return.”
