It's race weekend @ Hampton; its the Ladies Triathlon. After loading the UHAUL together last night I really need to ask for help on Sunday post race roughly 1.30pm @ 34 Seely Street to UNLOAD the UHAUL please into the garage. If you could spare us max 1 hour (many hands make light work :) ) that would really be appreciated. Especially as the hubby is 1 year older today ! lol 😂 Happy Birthday to you Garth Millar - enjoy race weekend !!!

Hello Hampton Ladies Triathlon is fast approaching. Race day is Sun June 9 :) We open registration at 0630am. The triathlon gets underway at 8am and the Duathlon at 9am . We are normally all wrapped up by 1pm. If you can help out in any way then I would love to hear from you.

We will also be looking for help on Saturday evening at the parking lot in Hampton for us to set out Transition. Normally at 6pm and for approx 2hrs !!! :)
