New to The Thermal Experience? Here’s what you can expect during your visit to Mysa:

Plan to spend at least 2-3 hours at our spa to fully enjoy everything we offer. We recommend repeating the Hot, Cold, Rest cycle 3-4 times to get the most benefit. This routine helps enhance blood circulation, clear mental fog, foster a deeper connection with nature and yourself, and much more!

Here’s how the cycle works:
Hot: 10-15 minutes in the sauna or hot area
Cold: 10-15 seconds in the cold plunge or cold area
Rest: 20 minutes in our relaxation area
