So much love for this beautiful light fixture handmade by Boivin Lampiste in Val David. It's no secret that we love design so this piece was part of our vision when this cottage was still only a dream. Made from real elk horns (that fell off naturally) this piece has really become iconic at Chalet Balétor.

Tellement d'amour pour ce lustre fait main par Boivin Lampiste de Val David. Étant des grands fanas de design, cette piè ce faisait partie de notre vision alors que le chalet était encore qu'un rêve. fait de vraies cornes de wapiti )qui sont tombées naturellement) ce lustre est dévenu un élément clé du design de Chalet Balétor.

The cutest little desk space 🥰 3 of our 4 bedrooms have a neat little desk space so that you can stay up to date with whats going on in the rest of your world. Thee 4th one has a its own TV, so let's just say each room has soemthing special to offer.

The petit espace de travail si cute 🥰 3 de nos 4 chambres ont un peut bureau pour que vous puissiez rester connectés avec le reste de votre monde. La 4e chambre a sa propre télévision, donc on peut dire que chaque chambre a un petit quelquechose de spécial a offrir.

Préparer un repas dans une cuisine qui a été conçue pour, c'est toujours un plaisir. Maintenant ajoutez à ça une vue sur la forêt quand vous êtes à l'évier et vue sur le lac quand vous tournez la tête -> vous finirez sûrement par prépaper un plus gros festin que prévu, rien que pour pouvoir profiter de la vue.

Preparing a meal in a kitchen that was designed for it is always a treat. Now add views of the forest when you are at the sink and views of the lake when you look out -> you might even end up cooking up more of a feast than you intended, just to make the most of the gorgeous space.

You just have a few days off this summer? No problem. Chalet Balétor is only 1.5h from Montreal and 2h from Ottawa, making it the perfect destintation for short stays as well as longer ones. We have a few shorter stays still available this summer ... and one thing is for sure, you will be so disconnectedthat it will feel like a longer break!

Vous n'avez que quelques jours de congé cet été? Pas de problème. À seulement 1h30 de Montréal et 2h d'Ottawa, Chalet Balétor est la destination parfaite pour les séjours plus courts comme pour les plus longs. Nous avons encore quelques séjours courts disponibles cet été ... et ce qui est certain, c'est que vous serez tellement dépaysagés que vous aurez l'impression d'avoir eu un plus long break !

Lac Sarrazin is about 4 km2 and a calm non-motorized lake with crystal clear water for swimming, diving, relaxing - you name it! There is a canoe for 3 people, one Paddle Board and a Water Lily play mat for you to use with compliments - adult and children life jackets in varying sizes are provided. The water front is 20 m from the cottage.
