Clean waterfront faces East with view of Lake Huron's North Channel - wonderful sunrises and great for swimming etc. Check in Friday afternoons at 4 pm, check out the following Friday by 12 noon. latest. $250 CDN deposit to hold on booking and balance of $750 per week payble no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival . VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover card accepted. 50% of total weekly rental fee is charged for writen cancellations via email at 1 week to rental date ( the Friday before) or later. Rental contract with full info. will be sent. NO Smoking on property or inside cottage. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any smoking in the cottage. Any damages will be charged to the renter's credit card.
