* I apologize that the beachhouse was shut down for so long but I made awesome upgrades including central air, furnace, ductwork throughout, concrete septic holding tank, flush toilet, glass shower flooring, new paneling, heat traced plumbing lines, and I will keep making the Beachhouse better between bookings! Vintage Marilyn Monroe, and Elvis Presley beach mural, hopefully coming in 2024!

I hired a man to do my paneling and he butchered 18 sheets of new paneling. 🤦🏽‍♀️ It set me back weeks and weeks. Getting there… Scott’s been helping me redo it all. Thank you Scott 🙏🏼💕

Living room Reno progress!
I had hired a carpenter, who completely butchered 18 sheets of my brand new paneling. Set us back weeks. It was really bad, but Scott and I have been redoing it! Check it out. I will hire Rachel Lancaster to paint a retro mural (beach, tall pines, pelicans, Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley) vintage style - this fall or in the spring. Here’s the biggest wall, 14.5ftx12ft ~ here’s your canvas Rachel Lancaster!

The septic tank just went into the ground!!! Lots of hard work, Balsam septic hit giant lime stone, water, and had to pump it out to get the concrete tank in. They are just gone to get sand for backfilling and I’ll have updated pictures on Sunday.

Renos are coming along! Living room / dining room looks fantastic! Over winter time between ice fishing bookings, Rachel Lancaster, the amazing artist, will paint a Marilyn Monroe/Elvis beach mural in the living room with pelicans and tall Pines!
