We are excited to be renting out Izzy's Pad, lovingly named after our daughter, for weekly+ vacation rentals (minimum 7 nights) from Spring Break to Thanksgiving annually. We are in the works of having a website designed but, until then, here are the details!

*The Specs*
- 1 bedroom with a queen bed
- Queen size memory foam sofa bed in living room
- Maximum Occupancy: 4 people
- Full kitchen including oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, stocked Keurig, toaster, blender, and your kitchen/dining basics
- Full size BBQ
- Outdoor dining table, sectional and coffee table
- Large wooden covered deck and green space on lot
- Full bath including a tub/shower combo
- 42" TV with firestick to allow you to access your streaming platforms
- Bluetooth speaker
- Stocked with cards, cribbage, board games and pickle ball rackets
- Heat Pump (A/C)
- Wifi
- Pet-free
- Corner lot with parking for 2 vehicles
- Located conveniently in between the main gate and family clubhouse
**Please note that the shed visible in our outdoor photo is not a bunk house and will be locked. However, we will have a smaller shed that you may use for your beach/pool toys.

*The Pricing*
Weekly Pricing (7 nights)
- $1150 - Spring Break to before May Long Weekend ($165/night for additional nights)
- $1650 - May Long Weekend to Labour Day Weekend ($236/night for additional nights)
- $1150 - After Labour Day to Thanksgiving Weekend ($165/night for additional nights)
At this point, we are closed between Thanksgiving and Spring Break.
