I saw a sign on the highway reading Tacos with an arrow directing me to turn down Henry Road. I'm so glad I did. Sunshine Tacos is a cross between a food truck and a restaurant. They serve tacos, both with meat and plant based. I chatted with Eric, the owner (who is also the one who shops for the ingredients; makes the chorizo (everything there is made fresh in house); cooks the tacos and serves you. I had the chipotle steak taco. Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this establishment.
