On Sunday, here at Frontenac Trail Tours, we were priviledgeded to host for a brief time, Brandon Gordon of Gravel Cup Canada, and his “Gravel Gang” who were doing a tour of the K&P and Cataraqui trails (promoting the the sport of Gravel Biking) happy to provide them a brief respite

It's time to remind ourselves of all there is to love about our community. This summer, remember why Frontenac County is more than just a place, it's home.
We got our first weekend of tours under our belts. Two groups of avid and experienced tour cyclists were the first to take in our experiences on Friday and Sunday (Saturday was “washed out”)
Unique routes, the glorious K&P trail, swimming at Long lake, interesting POI,s and wood oven pizza at Rockhill B&B; all part of the experience
