No filter needed ever here. This was my first experience with snow a week before Halloween! But it also came with 22 hours of no power. 🙃 So many broken branches and trees around the lake. The power of mother nature!

It was another smokey day at the lake. I spent most of the day inside with an air purifier going. My throat was stinging after just a few minutes outside. So I sit on the wharf tonight thinking about our Province up in flames 382 fires burning at the moment. All of those people, their livelihoods, their homes, and all the animals suffering. My heart aches for you all. Hoping that everyone can stay safe including those on our front lines battling the blazes. Thank you for fighting! Bring on the rain and cool weather!

Nothing beats on a day when it's 34 degrees!
I had the Rogue Wave, lemon curd , freeze dried raspberries and Graham crumbs! And my friend had the Riptide, chocolate curls with freeze dried raspberries and chocolate sauce! 😋😋 see you again in 2 days🤣
