This is great news. The Amazon River cruise is on a Regent Seven Seas ship and they are officially back in the water. Fingers crossed for 2022 and the exotic sailing that will explore the Amazon River. I can barely wait to see the famed opera house in the heart of the Amazon.

At long last, the luxury cruise line has begun sailing.

Exciting news about cruises. The CDC is lifting restrictions for cruises in US waters. This Amazon cruise departs and returns to the US. And with new travel insurance coverage options for travellers things are looking very optimistic for this exciting voyage.

The Manaus Opera House opened on 7 January 1897. Do you know what the first presentation was?

This is probably one of the most remote locations for an opera house (with a small museum). There will be opportunity to visit this iconic landmark of Manaus and the country on the Amazon Explorer journey.
