Hi everyone!

As we are approaching another busy summer, we are putting out another gentle reminder that our cargo department will NOT accept any cargo/groceries/excess baggage that is not packaged into boxes/bins/sturdy cloth bags beforehand. You will be asked to leave the cargo line completely, and re-enter when your stuff is packed. Once ready and in line, do not leave your car and enter the cargo area until your turn. Too many people in the cargo area is distracting and we want to make sure all items go to the correct community.

You may start offloading your items when you have been acknowledged by a cargo agent & they will tell you the cargo/baggage is ready to be put on a pallet.

If you need boxes, you must purchase them from the front desk before getting in line. $4 a box. There is lots of room to package your cargo in the front parking area, away from the cargo door & line.
