A new 6 week hybrid Dancing For Birth Session is scheduled to run Tuesday evenings, November 5 - December 10/24. This is the final session until Spring 2025. Please let me know if you are interested in attending as the session will run only if there is enough registration. This childbirth education class focuses on physiological birth, supporting your birthing instincts and functional movement (dance) to facilitate birth, along with birthreadiness support. Dudela 101: Supporting the woman you love through the birth process, is coming up next Friday April 12/24, 7:00 - 9:30 pm in St. Marys or on zoom from your living room! This couple's class discusses the physiological design of birth, (you are designed for this) and how to support a woman within this design. It’s fun, informative and empowering. Message to register. $100/couple ($75/DFB participant couple). Fee can be flexible. [email protected]

Supporting women in their own way of birthing is an honour. I learn something new everytime I sit in the circle. The next Dancing For Birth 6 week session begins Tuesday March 5- April 9/24. This prenatal education series is focused on physiological birth, honouring how you are designed to birth and parent. If the word "dance" worries you, think of it as "functional supportive movement". If you would like to join me for this birth readiness class, email or message me to register. $150/6 weeks. Hybrid class at Bareroots Wellness in St. Marys 6:00-7:30 pm (Start time can be flexible)
