There is a staircase that branches off of the main floor to the private, master bedroom, with large windows overlooking the property. Features: King sized bed, sitting area, skylights, ensuite bathroom with glass enclosed, tiled shower, his and hers sinks and a bidet. Features: King sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool bath tub and shower. The South Wing Guest bedroom is located on the main floor, equipped with a double bed. The Bunker bedroom is located on the lower level. Features: Two bunk beds, sitting area and main level walkout to the patio with plenty of natural light. A shared bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower is located on the main floor. The Office bedroom is also located on the lower level beside the Bunker bedroom. This functional room has a single bed and a printer. North Wing Guest bedroom - This bedroom is off of the North living room area. The Great room is the perfect place for everyone to gather. There is a flat screen HDTV with (cable name to be added) cable and DVD player. The house is equipped with surround sound speakers in most of the rooms - which can be used while watching TV or listening to music. This room also features an electric fireplace. The family room features a fireplace and comfortable seating. Located off the kitchen, it is a bright space with large windows that overlook the pond, waterfalls and the forest. The lower level of the home features a sitting room just off the games room, with a wood burning stove and double doors leading out to the back patio, this is a perfect place to entertain. Meditation/Art room
Features: The peaceful sound of water coming from our indoor water fountain, all supplies needed for yoga, meditation and mindfulness activities. There are books as well as art supplies, canvas, an easel

Games Room/Fitness Area and Dry Sauna
The game room offers a small bar, a pool table, pinball machine as well as a tv with surround sound (HDMI cord etc). The lower level Fitness-Room features a bowflex, elliptical, mats and weights. A dry sauna is available. The Outdoors
An outdoor waterfall and pond(with some beautiful koi within!) beside a spacious, enclosed, six person gazebo. The courtyard features a four tiered fountain with a patio table set up. The large private deck provides views of the grounds. It can be accessed from the kitchen and dining area. The front porch looks out over the large manicured lawn and gardens. It’s a good spot to play field games. The side porch is the perfect place to relax in our comfortable lounge chairs. Take a walk on the nature trails surrounding the property. Flower and plant lovers will be happy to know that some the most exotic flowers in the world are located on the property. See if you can spot them all! In the spring and summer, there are plenty of birds, butterflies and fish in the pond to be spotted. Parking
The large driveway offers ample parking with easy access and space to accommodate large parties, sports equipment or boats, should you wish to take a day trip to the Grand Bend or Bayfield’s Beach (only forty minutes away, with sunsets that have been rated as some of the top sunsets in the world!). A two car garage is available to guests. Other Features
