Yesterday went to the grand opening of The Whale House ( Multicultural Association of Cape Breton ). They are located at 14 Wentworth Street here in Sydney. You can't miss it. It's the building with the big whale mural.
What brought me in today was Pam's Deliciously Different Dishes. I love Pam Steele's food. I ordered 2 Lebanese Plate's, 1 Greek Plate, 1 Spanakopita, and a dozen Fatayers. This wasn't all for me.😆 I ordered this for my family for dinner. Everything was delicious as usual! I had the Lebanese Plate. 😋
While at The Whale House, I met my friend Ocean. He introduced me to the owners of the Village People Coffee Roasters. They are located in the Highwheeler Cafe & Bakery in the village of .

It's my Hip- aversary! Seven years ago today I got a new lease on life. For 14 years I suffered with hip, groin, and leg pain. The last 4 years with my old hip, I couldn't even put my socks on. The pain and limited mobility was effecting all aspects of my life. I have a new appreciation for my arthritic patients now. It's fantastic to be able to go for a walk with my wife Voula! I'm thankful to Drs Brien, Lopez, and Murphy, and all the nurses and supporting staff at the Regional. Thank you!
