Sylvan Lake Carriage House is available for rent immediately, until June 15, 2025. This detached unit is a FULLY furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom space and is move-in ready. Includes in-suite laundry, central vac, 2 smart TV’s, an attached heated garage, private 8x20 deck with BBQ and patio set, all utilities (water, gas and electric) and Starlink wifi.

Our ideal tenant is:

** QUIET
** RESPONSIBLE RENTER(S)
** NON-SMOKER(S)
** EMPLOYED FULL TIME

** NO PETS WHATSOEVER - NO SMOKING/VAPING – NO PARTIES - NO EXCEPTIONS**

Rent is $1900.00 monthly, Damage Deposit is $1900.00. Rent is payable by e-transfer only. First month’s rent & damage deposit are required up front.

Summertime at the Carriage House means meeting the new neighbors! New squirrels, yes plural, have moved in! They haven’t figured out how to use the squirrel feeder quite yet… what shall we name him?

Squirrel watching… our squirrel packed away so many peanuts and apples this winter he just came back to start hauling some more 😂 I filled up the feeder in April!

The Carriage House has a brand new addition to the family! Everyone welcome Roma! She is an 8 week old Cane Corso. We will be training her this season to be comfortable around all our guests and families for many seasons to come. 🥰
