Cute bi-level home with ground floor private gated entrance available for guests -- fully furnished and ready to be occupied. A bright living room space with a cozy sectional, a 52 inch TV, full bathroom and a breakfast bar perfect to help with winding down or starting your day off right.

We believe Sylvan Lake is a community that is meant to be explored all year round -- with skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing and snowmobiling during the winter and fun in the sun and sand down at the beach during the summer months. Summer is best paired with cocktails on the patios, splashing at the Aqua Splash, and fitness events outdoors. There is truly something for everyone.
