Hey everyone! You may remember The MacKenzie Blues Band from Rockin’ The River 2022 and 2023. They’re playing at Heartwood Concert Hall in Owen Sound on Jan 31. This is one of the bands that FST co-owner Joel Dawson plays in. It’s going to be a great time! Check out Heartwood’s website for tickets.

We had such a fun night of snowshoeing, roasting marshmallows and playing games outside!! A huge thanks to all of our friends who made this happen: Big Brothers Big Sisters Grey Bruce and Free Spirit Forest and Nature School!

Our Snowshoe Club is crushing it this winter! Over 10 hikes in already, and it's only mid January! Plus we haven’t done the same hike twice…..always new places!

So grateful we have such amazing trails to explore in this area!!

This past weekend we led a snowshoe hike with Forest Therapy in partnership with South Georgian Bay Community Health Centre at the Eco Park in Discover Clearview.

Kat led the Forest Therapy and invited us to try some Pine Tea. Who knew it would be so yummy?!!
