Hey everyone! You may remember The MacKenzie Blues Band from Rockin’ The River 2022 and 2023. They’re playing at Heartwood Concert Hall in Owen Sound on Jan 31. This past weekend we led a snowshoe hike with Forest Therapy in partnership with South Georgian Bay Community Health Centre at the Eco Park in Discover Clearview.

Kat led the Forest Therapy and invited us to try some Pine Tea. Who knew it would be so yummy?!!
