No matter whether you're a first-time flyer or a seasoned traveler, the following checklist will help ensure your journey is safe and comfortable:
~View the details of your itinerary- Verify the date and time of your flights booked, as well as your seat assignment, let us know if any necessary changes need to be made.
~Special meal- Let us know if we need to request a special meal for you on your flight. Special meals are available on flights within North America in Premium Economy and Business Class. On International Flights special meals are available in all classes of service on all flights where a meal service is offered (except on flights offering Air Canada Bistro service).
~Travel documents- The government-issued identification you present at the boarding gate must be valid for the duration of your travels and must include your name, date of birth, and gender. Please remember that the name on your ID must match your name as it appears on your ticket. For international travel and flights between Canada and the U.S., identification must also include a photo.
~Frequent flyer number- Ensure that we have all your frequent flyer numbers stored on your profile in our office so that they are applied to your reservation at the time of booking.
~Travel insurance- Enjoy extra peace of mind when traveling away from home. Ask us about an annual corporate travel insurance policy that covers you for all your business trips for a year.

On October 1, 2022, the Government of Canada is lifting the remaining COVID-19 restrictions, including requirements for wearing masks on aircraft, testing and quarantine, and the compulsory use of ArriveCan.

Passengers and crew will still have the option to wear masks, and the airlines will continue to encourage customers to monitor their own health to be sure they are fit to travel

Canada announced that the vaccine requirement for domestic air and rail travel will be lifted effective 12:01AM ET on Monday, June 20.

This means all travellers can travel by commercial aircraft and train within Canada regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.

Further, unvaccinated travellers can travel on commercial aircraft departing Canada. Travellers remain subject to the rules of foreign destinations and may still be subject to vaccination requirements.

There is no modification to the vaccination requirement for cruise travel at this time and travellers must be fully vaccinated to board a cruise ship.

Unvaccinated Canadians travelling to Canada from abroad may still travel to Canada, however, they continue to be subject to mandatory testing and quarantine. Unvaccinated foreign nationals remain ineligible for entry to Canada.

We are pleased that the Government of Canada is further easing restrictions to travel and tourism recovery.

The Israel 🇮🇱 News we have all been waiting for!
On Saturday, May 21 incoming passengers will no longer be required to present a negative COVID test before boarding a flight to Israel.
The arrival PCR testing mandate for those entering Israel will also be lifted (no more isolation for 24 hours after landing)

The mask mandate during international flights will remain in effect.
The requirement to complete an entry statement before arriving in Israel remains in effect.
