This beautiful cottage is located on over 2 acres with plenty of room for outdoor activities, the cottage boasts 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Main floor contains 3 bedrooms and bathroom with tub, lower level provides 2 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom with walk in shower. 4 bedrooms contain Queen beds and 1 bedroom has a double twin with single bunk. The cottage comfortably sleeps 10.
The cottage has a spacious floor plan. The kitchen / living room provides an open spacious area with new large windows that provide a great view of the property and lake. The large deck wraps around 3 sides of the cottage over looking the lake, providing shade or enjoy the newest portion of deck with BBQ and picnic area. The basement provides some activities and Satellite TV for entertainment.

The cottage's water front is shallow with sandy entrance but shoreline is not swimmable. There are plenty of swim areas just outside our little bay including a small island.

Lake Manitouwabing is a very large lake and provides many areas for swimming, including a small public beach, fishing and water sports. The cottage faces a westerly exposure which enjoys all day sun and a view of the sunsets.

The cottage is located in McKellar which is just over 2 hours north of the GTA. From the cottage it is about a 15 min drive into the town of Parry Sound where there are restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, LCBO, Beer store, Tim Hortons, Boston Pizza and much more, as well as Parry Sound hospital.
