Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Seasons Greetings! Just a reminder of our office hours during the holiday season.

We will be closed starting 23December to 27December. We will be back in the office for regular hours on 28December to 30December and closed on 02 January. Starting 03January back to normal operating hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

We are in the process of moving into our new building at 685 Beaverhall Place!
We are not moving far, just around the corner.
Tomorrow we will be moved in, set up, and ready to get started on a new era in a new building!

Good afternoon,

We just wanted to give our clients an update based on today’s federal announcement. Effective 30October all passengers on flights and rail travel will need to be fully vaccinated. This will apply to passengers 12 years and older. It’s also required that your 2nd shot had to have been a minimum Of 14 days before you are scheduled to travel.

There will be a 30 day transition phase where you will have to produce a negative COVID molecular test instead of proof of vaccine, until 30Nov.

Just a quick update on Air Canada Refunds... we have completed the refund procedures for all our clients holding AC future travel credits purchased via our office. We are just waiting for AC to process on their end. Once we have received the refunded monies from AC, we will forward the refunds back to our valued clients. This part of the process could take a few weeks but we will get refunds back to you as quickly as possible.

Good morning everyone and Happy April 13th!
As many of you have seen in the news today, AC is now allowing the refund of tickets, with some restrictions. If you had tickets booked with us for travel after 01Feb2020 and purchased prior to 13Apr2021, we will be processing refunds in the days to come. We are just currently waiting for AC to give us direction on how they want us to process the refunds. We will keep you posted!
