The idea came from Captain morgan (also known as papa ron by the kids), he wanted to give his grandchildren and his friends and their kids a way to have great time and great memory. a place where children could build confidence in themselves as well as teach them teamwork while having fun without the huge expenses. After such great turn it begun to be an annual event that has grown. All children (of course teens) receive a prize and certification, and then we have the ranking system for the top 3 teams. It’s also great family bonding with camping experience. over the years we have had many Great changes in game lineup happening. How it works is each adult (participant) name goes in hat, then each child picks a name out of the hat. The name that is chosen is their partner for the games. Then every team does series of events and collect points which at the end of all the events each child gets a prize and the top 3 with highest points get a certificate for there rank. 1st place gets trophy its great event for Canada day and lots of fun all around after the event theirs pot luck dinner and campfire. its event not to miss Now after 4 years the we have such great memories to look back on!
