The main bathroom on this upper level is a four-piece with tub/shower combination. From the main level stairs also take you down to the lower level. There, you will find a finished recreation room with a 1954 full-size snooker table for those friendly competitions, and another wall-mounted 58" Smart LED TV on one end and a surprise for some of the music lovers on the other. There are also patio doors out to the ground level for an easy walk out to the shore. Also on this lower level is the fifth bedroom which offers two sets of bunks - one is a set of single bunks, while the other is a single over double bunk bed. That is a great spot for the older kids to camp out in their own space. Out on the main elevated deck you can enjoy breathtaking views of the waterfront. You will notice this unique blend of Rustic Wood, aluminum and glass, carefully done to keep those views uninterrupted. There are two patio tables, plenty of chairs and also zero-gravity lounge chairs so that you can sunbathe in comfort and soak up those views. The shoreline is a mix of rubble and flat rock with a gradual entry and good swimming.
