The federal government announced that Canada will open the border to fully vaccinated Americans August 9th and fully vaccinated travellers from other countries starting September 7th. ✔️

Beginning July 5, 2021, fully vaccinated travellers will not be subject to the federal requirement to quarantine or take a COVID-19 test on day 8. As of July 5th, fully vaccinated Canadian travellers will no longer have to quarantine 3days at a Government hotel. Keep in mind you will still have to self isolate at home upon arrival from your destination.
