Effective September 1, 2021, all international passengers, including children, arriving in Manila, Laoag, and Davao must register to the Bureau of Quarantine’s One Health Pass (OHP) at https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC/ and present QR code upon check-in.

Register as early as 24 hours before the flight. Simply click “Yes” when asked “Are your currently at the Airport of Departure or are you Departing today for the Philippines?”

Here are the NEW requirements for entry into the province effective until July 15, 2021.

• FULLY VACCINATED TRAVELERS:
Vaccination cards and non-reactive antigen test result (valid up to 48 hours upon release) prior to entry to Negros Oriental

• UNVACCINATED TRAVELERS:
Negative RT-PCR Test Result valid within 72 hours from release of result

• ALL TRAVELERS must have an approved S-PASS here: https://s-pass.ph/

Kaugnay ito ng IATF Reso. No. 123-C, na inaprubahan nitong Hunyo 28, 2021.

Lahat ng mga indibidwal na darating na fully-vaccinated sa Pilipinas anuman ang travel history, at ang mga nabakunahan abroad na nanatili lamang sa "green" countries at jurisdictions nito sa loob ng nakalipas ng labing apat na araw simula sa kanilang pagdating,

ay kinakailangan sumailalim sa pitong araw na facility-based quarantine,

ang petsa ng kanilang pagdating ang magiging unang araw ng quarantine.
