Lately I have been feeling, exhausted, down, and even more tired then usual. Ever since this whole quarantine situation, It really effected my thinking, my feelings and overall adapting to some major changes, and the determination on how to become more of a self-starter. .
I just wanted to share that "your not alone" in this process, whether your struggling with depression, anxiety, boredom, loss or confusion. Your not alone. As a community and distant family, that shouldn't stop us from coming together, working together, sharing content, information and uplifting our spirits. I know these are hard times, but let's continue to be positive, show empathy and be an open-ear, even to those whom we don't even message or speak to on the daily. Just reach out, see if people are doing ok. Connect and make new friends/collaborations. Whatever it is, maybe you want to share a new idea or just talk about your day. Really dig deep into your passions, what sparks life in your hidden interests or hobbies. Now's the time to really dig deep and explore new opportunities, make mistakes and experiment. .
Sooner or lately the quarantine will lift, people will get out of isolation and we can learn to be more social again. Life will get busy again, and more difficult to be present. But I believe the kindness will continue to grow. But in the meantime, let's make the best of it, let's enjoy the little things, take time for ourselves and not feel guilty about it.
I think throughout this pandemic the most i've spent money on was food, and it "adds up", so if you know someone in need of food or essentials maybe drop it off on their porch, or send something in the mail to make their day. Take this time and really reflect on things, but also use this time to create, help and share. Just a food for thought. We are all in this together. Thank you for following and supporting my page. Sending love and good vibes to everyone. ππ
