Our Story

Ryatta Group is a software solutions firm based in Toronto, Ontario. We are pursuing initiatives combining fintech and AI. Our history includes many projects in Finance, Hospitality and innovation both for startups and large, established companies.

Our most visible solution is a SaaS online spa booking engine, ROBE for Spa (formerly SpaDirect), that enables hotel-based and independent spas to accept bookings online. This product was one of the first new entrants in the spa area to leverage the Hotel Technology Next Generation (HTNG) protocols to integrate with hotel reservations and management systems. We built the entire solution, gained PCI certifications for it, and market it to (mainly) hotel spas.
