After moving from the Netherlands to Canada Haico was disappointed with the Canadian hot sauce scene. So he decided to by growing his own peppers and making hot sauce with heat and flavor.
Peppers grown range from Hungarian Wax and Jalapeno to Ghost, Scorpion, Carolina reaper, Carolina Reaper Best Peach and Haico's favourite, The Madame Jeannette pepper
