โI live in Ontario, Iโm a graduate โ what are my PR options?โ And this is where the real journey begins.
Thereโs no one-size-fits-all answer because immigration isnโt about guessing or a once-defined strategy โ itโs about strategy, timing, and RE-ADJUSTING a PR strategy as life unfolds. Thatโs where our partnership comes in ๐ค๐
Immigration policies are changing, as your life so. Since 2020, weโve been walking this path with Anastasia, in the finance & accounting field โ extending her study permit, securing a co-op work permit, and now, involved in her PR representation. Step by step, every decision shaped the next move, making sure that when a new door โ like OINP or new stream โ opened, she was not just hopeful; she was ready to act.
What does full immigration representation look like?
๐ We start partnering with you before or after graduation โ totally up to you.
๐ We manage your credentials and ensure your PGWP keeps you in status.
๐ We analyze your case โ define the best PR pathway.
๐ We prepare and validate your documents.
๐ We track your job to ensure it supports PR.
๐ We provide feedback if your employment changes.
๐ We step in if PR support from your employer is possible.
๐ If new PR pathways open, we notify and guide you.
๐ Need a family strategy?
Additional consultations are always available.
๐ All services are provided under separate service agreements.
This is what is called full immigration representation โ briefly.
Did you think โrepresentationโ just meant filling out forms? Or did you know itโs about having a team that knows your case inside and out? ๐
๐จ๐ฆ๐บ๐ฆ No need to panic, no need to regret โ What might this news mean for you?
THIS UPDATE CREATES
TWO (2) KEY MOMENTS IN TIME:
1๏ธโฃ For those who havenโt applied for a Work Permit or renewed their passport yet โ now you have time to sort things out, gather documents, and apply without the rush or last-minute stress.
2๏ธโฃ For those already in the process and waiting for decisions on PR, this extension also gives you more flexibility.
โ And what about those who applied earlier?
If you have already applied for or updated your work permit recently, then according to the current policy, you will have time to do it again before March 2026. There is nothing ((YET)) in the policy that prohibits this.
โ Itโs also extra time you can use wisely:
โ Renew your passport without the last-minute stress.
โ Improve your English / French to boost your PR chances.
โ Gain more work experience.
โ โ Yes, you can do it!

A word from our CEO Kateryna Kuzhel ๐ป๐
Today, we mark three (3) years of a war that has ravaged Ukraine, a war that feels as fresh and raw today as it did when we first heard the news. These years have been filled with the heavy stories of our clients, stories that we carry with us every single day.
Living through this period has been like existing in a parallel reality, where we find ourselves cherishing the simple, fleeting moments of joy amidst the ongoing turmoil. Three years when my heart still clenches from the realization that this is reality and was not just a bad dream.
We stand firmly with Ukraine, with every individual enduring this strife alongside us. We share in the pain and struggles of our clients but, more importantly, in your resilience, determination, and accomplishments.

โณ ๐บ๐ฆ Timeโs ticking โ donโt wait too long. Unfortunately, getting a work permit extension isnโt that simple. The current policy is a temporary extension.
Eligibility:
โ
Your application under the CUAET measures was approved after February 24, 2024.
โ
You were approved under the CUAET measures, and you arrived in Canada on or before March 31, 2024
โ
You need to be in Canada (yes, physically being on the territory of Canada) and have a valid temporary resident status under CUAET.
[FAQ 1] What is a deadline?
You must submit your application
on or before March 31, 2025.
[FAQ 2] Can I apply if Iโm overseas?
No, you should be in Canada when submitting your application.
[FAQ 3] If my work permit expires in September 2025 and I apply under this policy, will I be granted an extended WP until 2028? Yes, thatโs correct, if your passport allows it. Check the duration of your foreign passport.
[FAQ 4] What if I donโt have enough time to extend my passport before March, would you recommend still applying for a WP extension?
If you see that applying and getting a new work permit can buy you extra time to stay legally, itโs worth submitting your work permit extension.
[FAQ 5] Do I need to attach proof of
my employment to the application?
Yes, we recommend attaching proof of your employment to the application. This approach helps clearly demonstrate your active work status and supports your case for a work permit extension.
[FAQ 6] Should I apply while
waiting for my final PR decision?
Yes, itโs a smart way to stay protected while you wait. Using this opportunity can help you secure more legal stay time in Canada, just in case your PR decision takes longer than expected.
[FAQ 7] Does your team help with work permit applications?
Absolutely, we do assist. You can find all our professional fees on the website. If youโd like to get the price in DM + link to the official IRCC guide โ let us know by commenting โจ PERMIT โจ
