We conduct a thorough interior and exterior consultation & interview with the homeowner and/or real estate agent. This will assess the home staging/re-design requirements and strategically highlight positive features, focal points and note areas in need of improvement. We include all aspects of color, lighting, furniture, décor, curb appeal and any necessary or recommended painting, cleaning, decluttering, reorganizing and minor repairs. A detailed report will follow the consultation with a project plan and a quote on our services to follow through with recommendations. This quotation will include staging or re-design, furniture or accessory rentals, painting or minor repairs. A thorough assessment of the outside of the home to suggest improvements for curb appeal is also included. We refer homeowners to one of the many contractors and companies that we work with for services that may be necessary such as major repairs, roof work, exterior window cleaning, professional blind or other window treatment cleaning, electrical work, plumbing, flooring, landscaping, moving or storage services. This final stage includes a final custom visit where creative accessorizing and strategic placement of props, art, lighting, furniture and soft furnishings are delivered and arranged if needed. Digital photographs of spaces are taken and emailed to the homeowner and/or real estate agent for advertising purposes.
