What people need to understand is, YES you can go online and make your own bookings, you may even be able find something cheaper than what is being offered. However, here are a few questions to ask yourself:
Do you really know and understand the stipulations of what you are booking?
If something goes wrong, flight delays, cancellations re-routing etc., who do you contact?
Do you have ALL the facts you need to take this trip?
Are there any hidden fees that you will come across after booking this trip?
Do you feel comfortable spending hundreds of even thousands of dollars on a trip online with no face to face contact of who you are booking with?
