Hetep Afurakan family, Please support OUR collective initiative to build a Garveyite learning institution for OUR Afurakan children in rural Manchester, Jamaica. WE also intend to do exchange programs so that OUR children in the west can MEET and CONNECT with OUR children in the Caribbean, because WE are Family and they need to be taught that, instead of being taught self hatred, competitiveness, division and confusion that we so often teach them through our own dysfunction.
IF you cannot donate funds, please donate learning material (Afrocentric books, pencils, paper, crayons, coloring books etc) or equipment that will be needed to sustain the resource center in the future. IF we refuse to do this for OUR own children, then we cannot complain when they refuse to BE Afurakan, because we never gave them a reason to want to BE in the 1st place.
