Are you energetic, active and passionate about youth sports? Do you have an infectious smile and a love for travel? Are you itching to join a tour across Canada and represent some of the world’s biggest brands?! This could be the role for you!

NOW HIRING for the NHL/NHLPA First Shift Tour!

Karma Casting, in partnership with the National Hockey League, the National Hockey League Player’s Association, Bauer Hockey, and Hockey Canada, are looking for outgoing and professional Brand Ambassadors for an amazing tour designed to help kids fall in love with hockey! As an ambassador for The NHL/NHLPA First Shift program, you will have the opportunity to travel Canada, helping to create memorable experiences for new-to-hockey families.

This season, we will execute up to 225 NHL/NHLPA First Shift programs in communities across Canada. These events are designed to build a sense of community and engagement, properly fit players with brand new Bauer hockey equipment, and educate parents while instilling confidence and enthusiasm in their decision to enrol their children.

POSITION DETAILS
Roles: Team Leads and Brand Ambassadors
Start Date: October 16, 2025 (travel may be required October 15)
End Date: Up to November 29, 2025 (with option to extend into the winter and spring seasons)
Pay Rate: Team Lead = $25/hour; Brand Ambassador = $22/hour - all travel and accommodations covered, plus a daily per diem

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
· 21 years of age or older
· Commitment of availability for the entirety of the tour: October 15 through up to November 24th
· Desire to share your passion for youth sports! Experience and/or knowledge in hockey is an asset but is not required
· Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs safely
· Willingness to travel within Canada
· Valid driver’s license (clear driver’s abstract report and clear criminal background check required)
· High school diploma
· English – French Bilingualism is an asset

Karma Casting, one of North America’s largest experiential marketing and sales/merchandising staffing platforms, is pleased to announce that Brittany Ethridge will be joining as the new Sr. Director of Client Experience for Karma in the USA, based in Phoenix.

Brittany brings over a decade of leadership and ex*****on experience in driving high-growth results that increase talent retention and market share across North America. Most recently, she led the internal tactical staffing team at Acosta Inc. and their subsidiary, Mosaic Sales Solutions. She has worked with notable client companies such as Logitech, Samsung, Budweiser, Walmart, Best Buy, and many more.

In her new role, Brittany will be responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with Karma Casting USA clients and supporting the talent staffing team to increase our growth, capacity, and strategic alignment with client needs.
