Nestled in beautiful wine country, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario – Ilona and Wesley tied the knot in a charming outdoor ceremony surrounded by lush gardens and cascading floral. Ivory, purple and gold served as their wedding colour scheme, while 20’s inspired accents (trolleys, pearls, feathers and old frames) created a vintage-chic feel to their special day.

White hydrangeas, twine, burlap and rope were mixed with a blue, white and red colour scheme to create the perfect nautical-themed baby shower for yummy mummy-to-be, Michelle McEwan. Meanwhile, cheeky chalkboard signage, hand-made decor, and a life-preserver guest book served as some of the extra special touches for guests to admire and enjoy.

After 20 years of supplying and serving local coffee shops, bakeries, corporate parties and private events, Eat My Shortbread officially opened the doors to its very own cafe in the Whitby/Oshawa (Ontario) region. A public grand opening complete with delicious samples, delightful refreshments, a kids crafting station and a ribbon cutting ceremony was held to mark the milestone occasion. It was followed by an intimate evening reception (wine, beer and sweet treats) for close family members and friends. Through decor and special touches, both events evoked a delightful, old-fashioned charm that perfectly complimented Eat My Shortbread’s overall brand essence.

Mama and papa to-be Samantha and Dustin Jones hosted over 70 friends and family members at their home to celebrate the upcoming birth of their little princess, Ava. A variety of charming garden details were incorporated into the decor, games and desserts to transform their backyard into the enchanted garden party they envisioned. Special touches include: butterfly accents, lace overlays, home-made wishing tree, flower petal cookies, and more.

Twinkle lights, paper lanterns and mason jar candles transformed this family’s backyard into a magical garden party that hosted over 100 guests of all ages. Carefully curated decor pieces and a variety of spring blooms were mixed together to create an eclectic, home-made and one-of-a-kind Bat Mitzvah celebration for the lovely Dalia. Oh, and who can forget the ice cream truck at the end of the night? It was truly the “icing” on top!
