Trenton Tree Lighting 2021
Happy Friday everyone!
We are back with our weekend activity with two new faces, Noah Delorey and Paige Turnbull. Trenton Parks and Recreation along with Trenton Area Minor Ball encourage members of the community to get out and be active well maintaining social distancing protocols.
This weekend’s activity is an easy game called 500. The objective of the game is to hit or throw a baseball in the air calling out a number between 5-500. The person hitting or throwing the ball is the one to call out the number. The outfielders try to catch the ball in the air, to add up their total points to 500. The first person to collect 500 points is the winner of the game. (To throw off the outfielders, throw out a negative number to keep the fielders on their toes!)
Materials Needed:
- Baseball, softball, tennis ball
- Ball Glove
- Baseball Bat
- Math Skills!
The Scotia Ballfield is available for use through pre booking. Please email [email protected]
Have a great weekend everyone!
