I have been receiving few calls since I posted a story about what happen to Jetlines company. Unfortunately, no matter how much I'm willing to help you I technically can't do anything.
My best advice is is first please don't panic and wait for the formal instructions from the company regarding your refund or your alternative options. Second, you can contact the credit card company you use to book your trip to secure your refund. Third, if you booked with travel agency's that is registered under TICO you are eligible with compensation claim if you didn't receive refund from the company in a certain time.

For us, it was an incredible experience. We visited 32 casinos, collected chips at each one, and walked over 60,000 steps in just three days, while touring most of The Strip hotels and Fermont street (old Vegas)
Las Vegas was awesome, it was bright, alive and expensive.
Can't wait to go back!

*It is most likely because basic plane ticket and regular rooms are sold out fast and you'll end up booking more expensive plane ticket and higher room category.
