We are now in the process of getting the cottage ready to host our wonderful guests from last year. We also welcome some newbies to our little piece of paradise. Rental agreements will be emailed tomorrow to our renters. Be sure to look out for it and send back the signed copy as soon as you can and start packing!!

There is always something to fix or update at the cottage and it is super exciting to actually get it finished! Here is our latest project from last week. What an improvement! Thanks to Marian for his attention to detail (well, that comes from my nagging) and days of planning and hard work.

Here is the "before". Single sink and virtually no counter space. The pantry on the left was hardly used so the plan was to slice it and transform it to a base cabinet using the original cavity and doors.

The cozy Huron bedroom is on the main floor. It has a double bed and a large dresser as well as a closet for plenty of storage!
