First sweat lodge retreat
is being held
July 28th 29th 30th. $275.00 a Person.

It will include, fri. Medicine wheel teachings, 1pm till 5 then we will have dinner.

Overnight camping. Either bring your own tent or use one of ours. Shared large tent.

Saturday. Coffee, tea, water. As the day of a sweat it's import to fast... prior.

Sweat lodge from 10 till 5.

A community feast after the sweat. Including fresh water fish, wild rices, berries, sausage vegetables and salads. Desserts

Sunday Morning a breakfast served at 10am.

With a sweat Lodge we require atleast one medicine wheel teaching prior.
If your unable to attend the Friday please join our Wednesday teachings.
Wednesday July 19th or 26th. $80.00

If you have already sweated before and wish to skip the Friday.
Your welcome to sign up just for the Saturday sweat.
$175.00 a person.

A $50. Etransfer is required to secure your spot.

Teachings and a Traditional Sweat lodge .

This weekend can be broken apart if you have completed the teachings prior.
A sweat lodge expereince is only allowed after at least 1 of Tim's medicine wheel teachings.

But each teaching is a little different.

Weekend. 275.00

3 meals, 2 nights camping, teachings on Friday 1 till 5.
and Sweat Lodge. on Sat. 10 am till 6 pm.
$175. Max. 8 people. For the sweat and dinner after.
Leave Sunday 2 pm after breakfast.

BIODYAMIC BREATHWORK FOR TRAUMA RELEASE WEEKEND. Fri to mon.
A deep dive into healing stored trauma In your body. $444.00 Max. 8 people.
8 meals 3 nights 6 sessions of biodynamic breathwork. Plus fires and sound healing.

AUGUST 9TH Medicine wheel teachings

AUGUST 16TH Medicine Wheel teachings with Tim Yearington 10 till 4 $ 80.00 includes light lunch.

AUGUST 18TH 19TH. Teachings and a Traditional Sweat lodge. 2 days.

In the dark... a experimental retreat of guided silent and blindfolded activities. Lead by a partner or friend or Stranger.
9 meals. Camping breathwork. Dance. Art. Music fire.

$200. A person or $300 total, If with a partner. (Partial subsidy from Global Culture Trading Post) Max. 12 people.

I still have a space left for the Water Blessing retreat near Kingston in 2 weeks time.
It starts Friday night March 3rd till the 6th.

$ 400.00 includes sleeping, meditations, dance, ceremony for the water. The retreat is held in a very private home on the lake with a large hot tub. All meals except one where your invited to bring something to make with others.
This is a Women retreat....

Song,drumming, dancing, eating, ceremony.

Women's water, blessing retreat will be held March 3rd 4th 5th.
In the Rideau Lakes area.
We will have a weekend of Song, dance, and honoring the sacred waters of Mother Earth's waters.
6 meals and 2 nights.
Place directly on the water, hot tub, skating Sat. We will hold the ceremony ritual.
The ceremony will be the entire weekend though everything we are is for and due to the waters.as we honor our bodies with Movement song joy food, we honor the waters inside as well as outside.

You'll have an opportunity dancing
You'll receive 2 morning moving meditations,
Bring your drum and we can have a drum circle.
Food will be vegatarian cooked fresh on site, mostly by my mother and myself.

This retreat is small and intimate.
You'll have the opportunity to connect.

This will be the location of our
Womens Waters, Blessing retreat.


When I was first asked to offer Water Blessing ceremonies within Retreats,
I was told that the frequencies of the love created with embracing our Divine feminine hearts, deepenly embracing the love of other women,
during the winter months would solidify deeply within the ice, 3 days of honoring the waters within and the waters outside.

There will be dancing, song, comforting food fire, water, air and Ceremony held in honor of the waters.

The location is important for its water will run and flow through the Rideau canal systems eventually moving to the river and Ocean....

I have a few openings still for this expereince,

If your interested in connection, sacredness of our Waters, and alot of beauty with Women held in a safe authentic space.

This retreat is March 3rd 4th and 5th....

Snow fall here.....
I'm getting the call to offer a Water Blessing Ceremony and retreat soon.....
This will involve food, music, dance, and a ceremony held near a large source of water.
It is an opportunity to come together, in ceremony within our our hearts, and the whole day is in dedication to the Water......
The water outside of us aswell as inside of us.....

I've decided for the next 3 months. Jan. Feb. and Mar. I'll be offering regular classes online dance and fitness classes.
I'm running them through the zumba dancing site.
