🏡 New build luxury 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath - bungalow all one level with only one small step to enter. Hardwood throughout with heated tile bathroom floors. Sleeps 9-10 Comfortably. (1 king, 2 Queens, bunk bed with double and single, and a double “extra” mattress for overflow to be set up in the living room. Plus spare single mattress for the bunk bed room. Can be used on the floor. Perfect for 2 families or multigenerational families

✅ holiday Weeks from July - August with a holiday weekend = $4200 + HST
✅Weekday nights outside of July/August (Sunday-Thursday) $450/night + cleaning fee of $300 + HST
✅ Weekends in mid season (May/June or high winter season (December, January, February) (Friday-Sunday in June = $1450 (575/night plus 300 cleaning) + HST minus 100$/night for November weekends, minus 50$/night for other months (October, September, March, April).
✅Long weekend (3 nights) = $2100+ HST
✅ Christmas holidays $625/night for 24, 25,26 and 31st. 500 for other non holiday weekday or 575 for weekend non-holiday during this time + HST

✅March Break 4 Night min between March 13-17th, no Tuesday check in. 550/night for weekday, $575 night for weekend (Friday or Sunday nights). Plus $300 cleaning fee and HST
✅ Regular warm or high winter season weekends 1400 (550/night + 300 cleaning) + HST reduce 100$/night for November weekends, minus $50/night for October, March, April.
✅Weekday nights (Sunday-Thursday 2 night min) 425/night + $300 cleaning + HST
✅Christmas holidays 600/night for 24th, 25th, 26th and New Years min 3 night stay. 475 for non holiday weekday days. Or 550 weekend non holiday + HST
