Taking bookings for Summer 2023 ☀️

This summer we will only be accepting weekly+ bookings (prefer Sunday to Sunday but are a bit flexible).

Currently we have the month of June available and from July 23 to September 4th available.

$125 a night in June + $100 cleaning (minimum 3 nights) or $750 a week all in

$1050 per week in July and August

Prunes/Plums: Mid-August to Mid-September

Record setting temps in the Okanagan today. Looks like Osoyoos hit 35.1, hoping this is a sign for the summer.

Kamloops and the Okanagan are bearing the brunt of the heat wave today with record-breaking daytime high temperatures already reached.

Did you know Osoyoos is one of the warmest places in Canada? Average highs in June (26°), July (30°), August (29°) and September (24°)!

Rental Information

For those interested, we will be renting out our Lakeside Osoyoos apartment. Great location just outside of town. Walking distance to Haynes Point Provincial Park.

It is a fully equipped one bedroom lakeside unit. The bedroom has a queen bed (room is also big enough to fit a playpen), plus a pullout couch in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 4 (including infants).

The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge, stove and dishwasher. Kitchen remodelled in 2022. Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Has a patio overlooking the lake. Wifi will be included and onsite laundry available.

Private beach area perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and more.

No pets and no smoking. Will also need to agree to the rules and regulations put forward by the building.

Minimum 7 night stays

*$1050 per week (including cleaning)
Nightly rate is $165 (for stays of less than 7 nights $125 cleaning fee will be added. *

$150 a night in June + cleaning

A few pictures of the apartment, we will be doing some updates within the next month but these give a pretty good idea (paint and furniture will be updated). We visited this weekend and enjoyed some beautiful weather! Will be posting rental information in the next couple days.

Onto our next adventure! We purchased a Lakeside vacation property in Osoyoos and would love to share it with you. A one bedroom unit that sleeps 4, situated in a family friendly complex located right on the warmest lake in Canada.

1 Bedroom ☀️ 1 Bathroom ☀️ Kitchen

Perfect for kids, large grassy area to run around, roped off swimming area and sandy beach. Nestled amongst orchards but only a few minute drive into town.

We will be doing weekly rentals, for friends and family, starting in May. More information will be released in the coming weeks!
