Situated on a quiet street, 5 minute drive takes you to the glorious sandy beach. This gorgeous Port Franks bungalow is a four season cottage. It includes a updated kitchen, flooring, and bathrooms. In the summer enjoy natural light, Weber bbq (propane included), a large yard for games, and a three level patio: the first level has an enclosed area (nice to sit under if it rains) and space to BBQ,
the second level is perfect for dining, and the third level has a lovely fire pit. In the winter you can enjoy all the same amenities and there is a gas fireplace. The cottage sleeps 9: upstairs has 3 bedrooms (two queens and one double) and downstairs has a pull out couch and a twin bed. This cottage is perfect for those who love the beach and the outdoors. Enjoy the shallow waters of Lake Huron- perfect for young children and families. Infamous Port Franks amenities include the sand hill, Grogs Pub & Grill, Oh! Pizza, ice cream shops, Khaos Artisan Kitchen, boat launches, and more. For those that love the outdoors, the Pinery Provincial Park is a 10 minute drive away. Other nearby sightseeing/activities include Rock Glen, Mystery Falls, and other close beach/dining options in Grand Bend. For parents that need some time away from the kids there are a few close wineries: Dark Horse Estate, Shale Ridge, and Alton Farms Estate Winery. Liquor and grocery stores are a short 15 minute drive away. This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date. Booking rules:
-$250 damage deposit (will be sent back within 3 days after check out if there aren't any damages)
-50% of total (including damage deposit) to be paid to secure booking
-Remainder (50%) to be paid 2 weeks prior to check in date.
-Primary renter must be 25 or older. Refunds:
-A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. General house rules:
-No smoking inside, no pets allowed.
