This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.

Booking rules:
-$250 damage deposit (will be sent back within 3 days after check out if there aren't any damages)
-50% of total (including damage deposit) to be paid to secure booking
-Remainder (50%) to be paid 2 weeks prior to check in date.
-Primary renter must be 25 or older.

Refunds:
-A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in.

General house rules:
-No smoking inside, no pets allowed.

Welcome to our family cottage in the gorgeous Port Franks community and it's available for rent!

This cottage is perfect for those who love the beach and the outdoors. This cottage is located right in Port Franks so you can walk/bike/drive to the beach. Close amenities include the infamous sand hill, Grogs Pub & Grill, Oh! Pizza, ice cream shops, Khaos Artisan Kitchen, boat launch, and more. For those that love the outdoors, the Pinery Provincial Park is a 10 minute drive away and Grand Bend is also a 15 minute drive away. Other nearby sightseeing/activities include Rock Glen, Mystery Falls and Lambton Shore wineries (Dark Horse Estate, Shale Ridge, Alton Farms Estate Winery).

This cottage includes:
• 3 bedrooms upstairs + 1 pull out couch and single bed downstairs (sleeps 9 on beds, lots of room to put a mattress if you want to sleep a few extra people or kids plus there are an additional two couches)
• 2 full bathrooms both with tubs and stand up showers, downstairs bath has a whirlpool bath tub
• 2 living/entertainment rooms, basement living room includes a bar area
• Full kitchen with appliances (microwave, stove, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, pots/pans, and cutlery)
• Wifi
• Three level patio- top level is completely enclosed, second level is open and perfect for dining, and the third level is the fire pit with seating area
• Fully equipped BBQ on patio
• Toilet paper/dish soap/hand Soap/basic cleaning supplies
• Large yard for outdoor games, kids to play, etc.
