HELP WANTED

Looking for a Property Manager and House Cleaner for short-term rentals in Port Rexton starting around September 1st, 2023.

The Property Manager will be responsible for managing Airbnb listings including communicating with guests while overseeing maintenance and cleaning of properties. The ideal candidate would have interest in investing in the business and building a long term partnership with attractive returns and potential for growth.

House Cleaner duties include cleaning and laundry for short term rentals plus help with overall maintenance. Looking for someone reliable with good attention to detail and their own transportation. Ability to process/handle firewood and access to a washer and dryer would be a plus.

Employment on a part-time basis with upwards of 20 hours per week during high season. Enough annual hours to qualify for top EI can be expected. Hourly rate is negotiable depending on skills and experience.

Long term housing may be provided for lease or through a 'Rent to Own' Agreement to the ideal candidate(s).

Looking for someone with a washer and dryer to do laundry for short term rentals in Port Rexton.

The laundry would include mainly linens and towels and there would be 2 to 10 loads per week. Contact with any questions or if interested in earning a bit of ongoing cash.

Also, may have ongoing need for a cleaner for the rental properties.
