Summer has definitely come to Sun Peaks and the wildflowers are in full bloom. Hiking, golfing, downhill mountain biking, cross country mountain biking, and water play at nearby lakes make for a wonderful holiday destination. And, you can hike up to see the new West Bowl chair being built which will bring lots of new powder ski terrain for next ski season. :-)

Oh my gosh, this last week has been back to our regular great ski days -- great runs, limited wind, nice temperatures, and Bluebird Skies!!!! Love it!

We are finally getting our usual Sun Peaks stunning Bluebird sky days and great groomers. The snow is lovely, and more snow is expected Monday night. We are so fortunate to live in this fabulous place! :-)

What a fabulous ski season here at Sun Peaks! Sad to see it come to an end April 10th with so much great snow still here, but looking forward to the gorgeous wildflowers and warmer weather in July, August, and September. 😊🌞

Great hiking now with the wildflowers out, golfing is in full swing, Heffley and McGilivray Lakes are warm enough for swimming, and Sun Peaks has great XC and new downhill mountain biking trails. Nice way to spend summer holidays. 😎

The mountains look so green and lush from all of the rain we have been getting. Downhill & Cross Country mountain bikers are out in full force, and golfers are loving the sunshine that is now finally here at Sun Peaks. :-)

Wow! I realize that I haven't posted for awhile, and we are now well into our summer (after lots of rain which will help keep the fire danger down this summer, hopefully).
