What a morning 🙌🏼

We got a nice dump yesterday but with the wind the trails are pretty drifty around the pond. There were places I struggled to even walk through because of the snow when I got off the machine. Things are starting to freeze; but nowhere near safe yet. Cold temps are in the forecast for all this week so fingers crossed things will start to freeze up good

It’s been snowing off and on here all morning still and power keeps going and coming. -4/-5 has been the steady so far this morning

Blue Bird Day

Flicked into the Sink Hole Warm-Up Shelter today. The trail was great. Nothing is frozen over here still so please use caution and choose your trail wisely

I’ve been seeing a lot of people asking about snow conditions, particularly over West. I decided to scratch the itch just a little this morning over here around Bonne Bay Pond ❄️

👉🏼The trails are good. Still use caution of course and I would stick strictly to the trails, for now. Nothing is frozen around here so if you do decide to venture out, avoid any trails that you may encounter body’s of water. Enjoy and stay safe 🤘🏼

Winter is quickly approaching Bonne Bay Pond but with that being said, Arrows Den will NOT be available as a nightly rental in the 2025 season 😞

However, we will still keep you all updated on the snow conditions here on the pond and if anything changes with The Den it will be posted to the page immediately ❄️

We appreciate all the support we received in the 2024 season and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause 🫶🏼

This beautiful garden is located in Cow Head adjacent to the St. Mary’s Anglican Church and the ocean. They display 3 vegetable gardens and 40 beautiful flower beds with plants that have amazingly adapted to life by the sea.
