Life aboard the Regal Princess was a mix of relaxation, adventure, and indulgence. Here’s what made the experience so special:

✨ Comfort & Luxury: Our cabin was a cozy retreat after each port day, offering beautiful ocean views and all the comforts of home. The ship’s modern amenities made every day feel like a luxury escape.

🍽️ Dining Delights: We enjoyed everything from casual bites to elegant dinners, with menus celebrating both international flavors and local tastes from the British Isles. Don’t miss the afternoon tea and Princess’s signature seafood offerings!

🎶 Entertainment & Activities: Evenings were filled with incredible performances and live music. We caught some amazing shows and had fun dancing the night away with fellow travelers. And, for quieter moments, the relaxing pools, spa treatments, and scenic lounges made it easy to unwind.

Our time on the Regal Princess was an unforgettable blend of adventure, comfort, and the warm camaraderie of fellow travelers. Can’t wait for the next voyage! 🌍🌅

Our day in Edinburgh was like stepping into a Scottish dream! We began with a visit to the majestic Stirling Castle, a true icon of Scotland’s history and heritage. 🏰 Next, we made some shaggy new friends—these adorable Heilen Coos (Highland Cows) stole our hearts! 🐮

Along the way we stopped to admire the breathtaking Kelpies, those massive horse-head sculptures that pay tribute to Scotland's legend and lore. 🗡️

To top it all off, we enjoyed a scenic drive through the Lochs district, soaking in the beauty of Scotland’s tranquil waters and rolling hills. 🌊🌲

During our recent British Isles cruise, we had a humbling stop in Le Havre, France, where we took a tour to Juno Beach—a place where Canadian courage left a profound mark on history. Walking the sands of the beaches and then visiting the Canadian War Cemetery, we felt the weight of sacrifice in every step, every name, every story.

This Remembrance Day and Veteran’s Day, we honour the extraordinary men and women who fought for freedom, peace, and a better future. Their legacy lives on in our hearts and our gratitude. 🌹✨ Lest we forget.

Our recent British Isles cruise brought us to the vibrant city of Liverpool—a port full of rich history, stunning architecture, and undeniable musical legacy! 🎶 Walking in the footsteps of The Beatles, we explored iconic sites like the Royal Albert Dock, Liverpool Cathedral, and the waterfront that tells tales of maritime glory. The lively streets, friendly locals, and historic charm made this stop unforgettable.

During our stop in Liverpool, we also discovered a hauntingly beautiful landmark: St. Luke's Church, also known as the "Bombed Out Church." With no roof, it stands as a powerful symbol of resilience, having been left in ruins after a WWII bombing. Today, its open sky and crumbling walls remind us of the strength and spirit that survived the blitz and continued to rebuild. This spot is more than just a church—it’s a tribute to the city's enduring heart and history. 💫

In September, I embarked on a wonderful cruise aboard the Regal Princess, exploring the stunning British Isles.

One of the highlights was our stop in beautiful Cobh, Ireland! This charming seaside town welcomed us with colorful waterfronts, rich history, and warm Irish hospitality. We explored iconic spots, from the magnificent St. Colman’s Cathedral to the historic Titanic Experience Museum—a fascinating look at Cobh's legacy as the Titanic’s final port of call.

Each street had its own story, from cozy pubs with traditional music to breathtaking views along the coast. It's a place where history and Irish spirit truly come alive. 🇮🇪🍀

Here’s the thing about booking your group trip on a website like Expedia or Trivago versus working with me to plan your trip.

I am both the bridge or connection point of sorts between you and the various elements of your trip.

Things like your cruise itinerary, your transportation, and the tours and experiences you book.

But here’s where things are different:

Common Passport Mistakes
If you’re traveling abroad, there are tons of passport mistakes that might hold you up at security. Some of these mistakes are easily avoidable, while others might just surprise you!

1. Not checking the expiration date
While this seems obvious, it’s also easily overlooked. Ensure your expiration date is far enough in the future because some countries won’t accept passports that will expire in six months!

2. Waiting too long to apply
Expedited shipping will cost you extra, and even then it'll take three weeks to receive your new passport.

3. Not correctly filling out the form
Luckily the correction process is free for typos made to your passport.

4. Not updating your name after a change
Passports don’t automatically update, so when a name change occurs you’ll have to go through the renewal process.

5. Having too many stamps
Who knew? Some countries have a requirement for the number of blank pages that travelers must have in their books.
