Experiencing the unique beauty of Tereirca, Azores. The Azore Islands are located 1500 km off the coast of Portugal - A 2 1/2 hour flight from Lisbon!

These Islands were formed through volcanic & seismic activity approximately 8 Million Years Ago!! Discovered in the 1400's, the now capital city, Angra do Heriosimo firsts dates back to 1474, as a village. Then in 1534 became a city.

The coast line is so unique with black volcanic rocks jutting out of the ocean. Volcanic rock is everywhere you look!!
