Starter: beer battered fish, cauliflower popcorn with guacamole salsa and chipotle mayo
Main: marinated fajitas on a bed of grilled peppers and onions. Choose 2 options
Vegetarian: sautéed mushrooms, zucchini, carrots and eggplant
Prawn Skewers: crispy, grilled and marinated in anchiote and bitter orange
Steak: Guajillo marinated and tender grilled flat iron strips
Chicken: Sous-vide and grilled chicken tenders marinated in a dry chile seasoning
Dessert: chocolate covered strawberries 2 per person.
