The project has made remarkable progress, with the stunning marble cladding nearing completion. We look forward to welcoming homeowners to their new homes in the coming year.

Lucent is fully sold out, a rare achievement in today’s market. Our team has made steady progress on construction, with excavation completed over the summer and foundation work now underway. Construction is on track to reach ground level by January.
🟣1818 Alberni

1818 Alberni has been one of our most dynamic and rewarding projects, shaped by the challenges of an evolving downtown market. This year, we celebrated a significant milestone with the groundbreaking ceremony, where Bob Rennie remarked, “A groundbreaking like this is exactly what the city needs to see.”

Excavation has now reached P3, with full completion expected by mid-January 2025. This project continues to set new standards, and we’re excited for the milestones ahead.

Oval - In June, we secured final rezoning approval for our 3.5-acre site in Richmond, which will include two residential buildings and a hotel. Site preparation is in progress as we gear up for a market launch next year, marking a major step forward in creating a vibrant, community-focused space.
These achievements are a testament to the dedication, innovation, and hard work of our team and partners. As we look ahead to 2025, we are inspired by the momentum we’ve built and the possibilities that lie ahead.
